Visual Identity
The Leora Nine is a luxury residential development by Harshi Homes, featuring a limited collection of nine bespoke homes in Edison, New Jersey, USA.

I started by exploring multiple logo directions based on the client’s brief, focusing on a nine-pointed sculptural star as a symbol of unity and exclusivity.
I experimented with different interpretations of the star, typography, and a gold-on-charcoal palette, refining each iteration until the proportions, visual weight, and overall character felt balanced. The final direction was designed to feel elegant, architectural, and timeless while staying closely aligned with the client’s vision.

Moodboard and ideation

Early explorations
Harshi Homes required a sophisticated brand identity that could communicate prestige and trust while appealing to affluent young families. The identity needed to feel modern yet timeless, align with Harshi Homes’ premium positioning, and work seamlessly across signage, print, and digital applications.
Key requirements included a logo system centered around “The Leora Nine,” a strong visual link to the number nine, a luxurious gold-on-charcoal color palette, and typography that balanced architectural elegance with modern confidence.

Logo usages and patterns exploration
I developed a distinctive visual concept centered around a nine-faced sculptural star, where each facet subtly references the form of a home.
This metaphor reinforces the idea that each point represents one of the nine bespoke residences—individual yet unified as part of a cohesive community.
